Overview

Tyranny Not Allowed ("we," "us," "our") operates the website tnaguns.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this straightforward because we believe you have a right to know exactly what's happening with your data.

If you have questions about this policy, reach out through our Contact page.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you place an order, request a transfer, or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing information. For FFL transfers and firearms purchases, we are also required by federal law to collect certain identification information as part of the ATF Form 4473 process.

Payment information. All payment processing is handled by Authorize.net. We do not store your full credit card number. We only see the last four digits and the transaction status. If you choose to save your payment method, that information is stored by Authorize.net under their security standards, not by us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our server logs record standard technical data: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is a normal function of web hosting and is used only for site administration and troubleshooting.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to fulfill orders and transfers, communicate with you about your purchases, respond to your questions, comply with federal and state firearms regulations, and maintain and improve our website. That's it.

We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you've specifically opted in. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Payment processing. Order and payment details are shared with Authorize.net to process your transactions.

Shipping carriers. Your name and shipping address are shared with USPS or UPS to deliver your order.

FFL transfers. When a firearm is shipped to or from another dealer, we share the necessary transaction information with that FFL as required by law.

Legal compliance. We will share information when required to do so by law, including compliance with ATF regulations, court orders, or lawful requests from law enforcement.

Record Keeping

Federal firearms licensees are required by law to maintain certain records, including ATF Form 4473 and bound book (acquisition and disposition) records. These records are maintained as required by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and are not subject to deletion requests. All other personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies for basic site functionality such as keeping track of your shopping cart. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not run ads on this website, and we do not use any third-party analytics services that track you across other sites.

Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party advertising networks. We do not participate in ad exchanges or data brokers. The only third-party services that interact with your data are Authorize.net (payment processing) and our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS).

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. Payment data is handled by Authorize.net's PCI-compliant systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Your Rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements described above). To make any of these requests, reach out through our Contact page.

If you are a California resident, you have the right under the CCPA to know what personal data we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell personal data, but if you wish to exercise any of these rights, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
